ATLS - individual team member activities/responsibilities

When ATLS is performed by a team, each member performs their activities simultaneously. Roles vary locally and should be agreed prior to the arrival of patients. The team might consists of:
- Team leader
- Doctor 1 These roles are roughly outlined below.
