- systemic lupus erythematosus
- subacute bacterial endocarditis
- Henoch-Schonlein Purpura (associated with IgA deposits)
- Berger's disease
- shunt nephritis due to an infected atrio-ventricular shunt
- Alport's syndrome
- polyarteritis nodosa } severe focal necrotizing
- Wegener's granulomatosis } form
