Clinical features include the baby vomiting bile-stained fluid and blood and mucus in the stools. There is abdominal distension, and the abdomen is tender and there may be discolouration or erythema.
Associated features may include:
- pallor
- hypotension
- hypothermia
- jaundice
- hypotonia
