ECG changes in calcium channel blocker poisoning

The electrophysiological effects of calcium channel blocker overdose include:

  • sinus bradycardia

  • accelerated atrioventricular node conduction

  • 2nd and 3rd degree heart block

  • sinus arrest with nodal escape rhythms

  • asystole
