Pre-scleroderma is a mild form of systemic sclerosis; it is characterised by:
- Raynaud's phenomenon
- nailfold telangiectasiae
- digital ischaemia
Immunological investigation may reveal the following autoantibodies:
- anti-Scl-70
- anti-centromere (ACA)
- nucleolar
