Cornelia de Lange association includes:
- multiple limb abnormalities, including:
- phocomelia
- oligo or polydactyly
- synophrys
- cleft lip and palate
- downturning lower lip
- cardiac anomolies - particularly ventricular septal defect
- mental retardation
- growth deficiency
- microbrachycephaly
mental retardation (term that has been replaced by intellectual developmental disorder)
