    • chronic ulcerative colitis
    • Crohn's disease

  • arthritides:
    • rheumatoid arthritis
    • seronegative symetrical polyarthritis

  • haematological disease:
    • myelocytic leukaemia
    • hairy cell leukaemia
    • myelofibrosis
    • myeloid metaplasia
    • monoclonal gammopathy (IgA)
