drug-induced bradycardia

Causes:
- drugs that depress sinus node function eg digoxin, beta blocking agents,
methyldopa
- some antiarrythmic may cause difficulties in patients predisposed to sinus
node dysfunction eg disopyramide, amiodarone, verapamil, flecainide
- uncommon causes of bradycardia or sinus arrest include lithium, cimetidine, co-dergocrine mesilate(1)
