• positive in 15% systemic sclerosis
• clinical association
  • overlap features of SLE, arthritis
    • associated with mixed connective disease and SLE with particular features (arthritis, myositis, Raynaud's phenomenon - also association with HLA-DR4 and HLA-DQw8)
