The clinical features of Potter's syndrome are:

  • squashed face:
    • broad, flattened nose,
    • epicanthic folds
    • floppy, low set ears
    • small chin - micrognathia
  • hypoplastic lungs
  • joint contractures and deformities
  • urogenital system defects
  • cardiac malformations
  • stillbirth in a third of infants
