clinical features

The classical features are:
- rheumatoid arthritis
- splenomegaly
- neutropenia, manifesting with recurrent infections
Other associated abnormalities include:
- normochromic, normocytic anaemia
- thrombocytopenia
- lymphadenopathy
- skin pigmentation and ulceration
