Aspirin

NICE suggest that clinicians should:

• use SSRIs with caution - if no suitable alternatives can be identified, offer gastroprotective medicines together with the SSRI
• consider trazodone, mianserin or reboxetine when aspirin is used as a single agent
• consider mirtazapine
